At The Gardens at San Carlos, caregivers do more than assist with daily tasks—they build real relationships with each resident. With just ten residents and a consistent, highly trained team, care feels calm, personal, and attentive. All caregivers are Arizona-certified and receive ongoing training, with close mentorship from our on-site administrator. With a supportive staff-to-resident ratio, the same caregiver who helps with a morning routine may also share meals, conversation, and evening check-ins—creating meaningful continuity. This small-home model allows us to notice changes quickly, personalize routines, and provide the steady, compassionate care families value.

Meet Angela Kuehn

Hi, I’m Angela Kuehn, Resident Services Manager at The Gardens at San Carlos. I’ve spent over ten years in senior care, growing from hands-on caregiving into a role focused on supporting both residents and families. What began as a job became a true calling rooted in compassion and respect. As a mother and grandmother, I know how important trust is, and I’m committed to helping every resident feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for each day.

The Gardens is locally owned and operated, and that matters. In large corporate communities, residents can get lost in the shuffle. Here, every resident is a person with a story, not a room number. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will truly be known and cared for, I’d love to meet you.

Hi, I’m Tiphney DelPrado, and I’m often the first person families speak with when they reach out to The Gardens. I’m here to make the process feel easier—answering questions, learning about your loved one’s needs, and helping you navigate next steps with clarity and confidence.

My goal is to make sure every family feels supported and informed along the way. Whether you’re just beginning your search or getting settled at The Gardens, I’m always here to listen, guide, and help however I can. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families during such an important transition.
